Company Safety Policy             

GeoStrata Resources Inc. Is committed to ensuring the safety of its employee's, the public and the environment while conduction business in a responsible, productive manner in compliance with the highest applicable regulatory standards.

Safety is the responsibility of all managers, supervisors, employees, subcontractors, suppliers and visitors. The company, its offices and directors, are committed to providing a safe work environment and hopes to encourage the active involvement of all stakeholders in the continued pursuit of safe work practices and procedures.

Management is responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining a company safety policy that is compliant with all legislative and regulatory acts; and shall ensure these policies are communicated and acknowledged by competent supervisory personnel.

Supervisors will be responsible and accountable for ensuring all employees, visitors and sub-contractors are aware of, and acknowledge, their work place and safety responsibilities.  Supervisors will be directly involved in the orientation and training of these individuals.

Employees will be responsible for protecting their health and welfare as well as that of their fellow crewmembers.  Employees are responsible, and will be held accountable, for becoming familiar with company work procedures and safety policies while complying with government regulations, and company and client policies and procedures.

Adherence to the company safety policy, industry standards and government laws, legislation and regulations is a condition of employment with GeoStrata Resources Inc.; provisions for the enforcement of these conditions will be included in all worksite orientations.
